Environmental Site Assessments
Phase I Each Phase I ESA report will meet the guidelines set forth by the ASTM-E-1527 standard. Each of our Phase I ESA will include the following:

Phase II
If the Phase I ESA indicates there is a potential for environmental impact, we can provide a Phase II ESA. The Phase II project may include:
All of our samples are collected in accordance with EPA protocols, properly preserved, documented on a chain of custody and submitted to a state certified laboratory for proper analysis. The results of the lab analysis will be described in a comprehensive report with our recommendations for further site action. Phase III If contamination is identified at the property, a Phase Three remedial action may be required. A risk assessment will be performed to determine if the contamination is migrating off-site or if it has the potential to impact drinking water sources. If the contaminated material is not moving to off site receptors, the state may require the installation of groundwater monitoring wells and several years of sampling and testing to identify the flow of the contamination. If a remedial action is required, we can provide you with experienced project management. We will obtain all necessary work permits, and will compose a Remedial Action Work Plan specifically designed for your site. PLANTECO can offer a wide array of traditional remediation technology, but we are a team of professionals who are phytoremediation experts! Where applicable, using plants and trees to remediate hazardous waste is both environmentally friendly and very cost effective as compared to traditional technology. |
